What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number, your message and your home-search preferences when you submit a form or contact us. When you submit a form we keep a record of it, including the date and time, your email address, the consent wording shown to you and your IP address. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, using cookies and similar technologies.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry; to provide real estate services you ask for; to send you listings, market updates and information about buying or selling if you opt in; to operate, secure and improve this website; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including those of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.
Consent
We collect, use and disclose your personal information with your consent, which may be express (for example, ticking a box or submitting a form) or implied where appropriate. You can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by contacting us. Email and text marketing is sent only with your consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every message has an unsubscribe mechanism.
Who we share it with
The Brokerage, which Abbey Briltz is registered with and on whose behalf she advertises; service providers that help us run the site and send email (such as web hosting, email delivery and form services), who may only use it to provide services to us; and when required by law or the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. We do not sell your personal information. Some service providers store or process information outside Canada (for example in the United States), where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local law.
Listing information
Property listings shown on this site come from the CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and are provided by REALTORS® who are responsible for their accuracy. We do not collect personal information about you through that feed.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work if you do.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record so we honour your request.
Safeguards
We use reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards, such as password protection, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limited access. No system is 100% secure. We will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada of breaches that pose a real risk of significant harm.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent, by contacting the privacy contact above. We will respond within 30 days.

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
